Reuters has been trying to obtain the video through the Freedom of Information Act, without success since the time of the attack. The video, shot from an Apache helicopter gun-site, clearly shows the unprovoked slaying of a wounded Reuters employee and his rescuers. Two young children involved in the rescue were also seriously wounded.

The military did not reveal how the Reuters staff were killed, and stated that they did not know how the children were injured.

After demands by Reuters, the incident was investigated and the U.S. military concluded that the actions of the soldiers were in accordance with the law of armed conflict and its own "Rules of Engagement".

Consequently, WikiLeaks has released the classified Rules of Engagement for 2006, 2007 and 2008, revealing these rules before, during, and after the killings.

WikiLeaks has released both the original 38 minutes video and a shorter version with an initial analysis. Subtitles have been added to both versions from the radio transmissions.

WikiLeaks obtained this video as well as supporting documents from a number of military whistleblowers. WikiLeaks goes to great lengths to verify the authenticity of the information it receives. We have analyzed the information about this incident from a variety of source material. We have spoken to witnesses and journalists directly involved in the incident.

WikiLeaks wants to ensure that all the leaked information it receives gets the attention it deserves. In this particular case, some of the people killed were journalists that were simply doing their jobs: putting their lives at risk in order to report on war. Iraq is a very dangerous place for journalists: from 2003- 2009, 139 journalists were killed while doing their work.

Wikileaks reveals video showing US air crew shooting down Iraqi civilians

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/apr/05/wikileaks-us-army-iraq-attack

Footage of July 2007 attack made public as Pentagon identifies website as threat to national security

A secret video showing US air crew falsely claiming to have encountered a firefight in Baghdad and then laughing at the dead after launching an air strike that killed a dozen people, including two Iraqis working for Reuters news agency, was revealed by Wikileaks today.

The footage of the July 2007 attack was made public in a move that will further anger the Pentagon, which has drawn up a report identifying the whistleblower website as a threat to national security. The US defence department was embarrassed when that confidential report appeared on the Wikileaks site last month alongside a slew of military documents.

The release of the video from Baghdad also comes shortly after the US military admitted that its special forces attempted to cover up the killings of three Afghan women in a raid in February by digging the bullets out of their bodies.

The newly released video of the Baghdad attacks was recorded on one of two Apache helicopters hunting for insurgents on 12 July 2007. Among the dead were a 22-year-old Reuters photographer, Namir Noor-Eldeen, and his driver, Saeed Chmagh, 40. The Pentagon blocked an attempt by Reuters to obtain the video through a freedom of information request. Wikileaks director Julian Assange said his organisation had to break through encryption by the military to view it.

In the recording, the helicopter crews can be heard discussing the scene on the street below. One American claims to have spotted six people with AK-47s and one with a rocket-propelled grenade. It is unclear if some of the men are armed but Noor-Eldeen can be seen with a camera. Chmagh is talking on his mobile phone.

One of the helicopter crew is then heard saying that one of the group is shooting. But the video shows there is no shooting or even pointing of weapons. The men are standing around, apparently unperturbed.

The lead helicopter, using the moniker Crazyhorse, opens fire. "Hahaha. I hit 'em," shouts one of the American crew. Another responds a little later: "Oh yeah, look at those dead bastards."

One of the men on the ground, believed to be Chmagh, is seen wounded and trying to crawl to safety. One of the helicopter crew is heard wishing for the man to reach for a gun, even though there is none visible nearby, so he has the pretext for opening fire: "All you gotta do is pick up a weapon." A van draws up next to the wounded man and Iraqis climb out. They are unarmed and start to carry the victim to the vehicle in what would appear to be an attempt to get him to hospital. One of the helicopters opens fire with armour-piercing shells. "Look at that. Right through the windshield," says one of the crew. Another responds with a laugh.

Sitting behind the windscreen were two children who were wounded.

After ground forces arrive and the children are discovered, the American air crew blame the Iraqis. "Well it's their fault for bringing kids in to a battle," says one. "That's right," says another.

Initially the US military said that all the dead were insurgents. Then it claimed the helicopters reacted to an active firefight. Assange said that the video demonstrated that neither claim was true.

"Why would anyone be so relaxed with two Apaches if someone was carrying an RPG and that person was an enemy of the United States?" he said. "The behaviour of the pilots is like a computer game. When Saeed is crawling, clearly unable to do anything, their response is: come on buddy, we want to kill you, just pick up a weapon ... It appears to be a desire to get a higher score, or a higher number of kills."

Wikileaks says it will shortly release a second secret US military video showing the deaths of civilians in an attack in Afghanistan. The Pentagon has been seeking ways to prevent classified material appearing on Wikileaks, including through "criminal sanctions". Wikileaks has made public classified US army reports on weapons, military units and battle strategy in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Pentagon report, reflecting the depth of paranoia about where Wikileaks is obtaining its material, speculates that the CIA may be responsible. But perhaps most embarrassing leak for the US defence department was that of the 2008 report itself which appeared on the Wikileaks site last month.

Wikileak’d video shows U.S. troops firing on Reuters reporters and Iraqi children

Pentagon cover-up expands to demonize whistleblower for leak

Aaron Dykes & Alex Jones - Infowars.com - April 6, 2010

War is a known entity in its capacity to warp the value of life for those involved. Dehumanization takes many forms, but few examples are more visceral and enraging than this leaked video of an Apache helicopter opening fire on a group of Iraqi civilians in 2007, at least two of whom turned out to be crew members for Reuters. Two children were injured, or possibly killed, as passengers in a van also fired upon when it pulled up to rescue a wounded man trying to crawl away.

This is video the Pentagon never wanted the public to see. As Alex Jones explains, it is yet another damning piece of evidence showing how far into darkness and evil we have fallen in the United States. It is not only the warhawks who coerce us into wars based on lies, or the individual soldiers who commit crimes and kill without conscience, it is also the easy-going supporters of the establishment and passive public who allow the wars, and their accompanying atrocities, to go on and on. Until we stand up to stop it, we are allowing it to perpetuate and worsen.

Wikileaks covers the Collateral Murder video, released April 5.

WikiLeaks has released a classified US military video depicting the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad — including two Reuters news staff. For further information please visit the special project website www.collateralmurder.com.

In a brazen attempt to continue its cover-up and demonize those who released the video (taking focus away from the deeds shown on video), the Pentagon has labeled Wikileaks.org a “security threat to military operations” for leaking video decrypted from the DoD website as part of its whistleblower mission. Reuters, seeking answers about its killed reporters, attempted to obtain the video through Freedom of Information Act requests, but has been refused.

The reason the video has been kept from public eyes until now is clear– its release doesn’t threaten national security or any ongoing operations. Instead it bares the wanton killing and cheap rational for taking a life for some fighting in Iraq. Seeing videos of soldiers cheering each other on as they go for a kill and looking for excuses to take the lives of bystanders is dramatic and damning. Like a video game addict, some of these soldiers come off as trigger happy and unhealthily detached from the value of the lives they hold in the balance each day of operations.

Much of the dialogue recorded during the incident is quite chilling to hear, particularly when mocking one of their targets, dismissing the dead or wounded, or eagerly urging clearance for “engagement” and readiness to shoot:

    “Come on. Fire”

“Alright, I hit him.” (Ha ha)

“Oh yeah, look at those dead bastards.”

“We have an individual trying to crawl away” (Moments later) “Come on buddy. (to the man crawling) All you have to do is pick up a weapon” (and then he could open fire)

“I’m trying to get permission to engage.” (for the van collecting the injured man) “Come on, let us shoot”

“Oh yeah, look at that. Right through the windshield! Ha ha!”

(Upon discovering that they had shot children) “Well, it’s their fault for bringing kids to a battle.” “That’s right”

“I think I just ran over a body.” (Laughter) “Maybe it was just a visual illusion. But it looked like it.”

The acts of these individual soldiers undermine the dignity and honor with which the others have served. Still further, it is yet another layer clouding the “mission” in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and many other locations of engagement across the globe. Who are the good guys when these types of acts continue to occur? Why are we fighting in these places? How can we justify over 1 million dead Iraqis? Why are the wars expanding when President Obama campaigned on ending them? If the elites and social controllers care so little about the lives of Iraqis, innocent and otherwise, what do we expect to happen in this country? What happens if economic pressures were to ever break the social order, and police and military prepared to take on the homeland– us?

Girl Arrested for Doodling Sues New York City

http://www.aolnews.com/crime/article/girl-arrested-for-doodling-on-school-desk-sues-new-york-city/19425428?icid=main|main|dl1|link3|http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aolnews.com%2Fcrime%2Farticle%2Fgirl-arrested-for-doodling-on-school-desk-sues-new-york-city%2F19425428

Michelle Ruiz - AOL News

(April 3) -- When 12-year-old Alexa Gonzalez was caught doodling on her desk at Junior High School 190 in Queens, New York, she expected detention and an afternoon on desk-cleaning duty. Instead, she was arrested, led out of her school in handcuffs and detained at a local police precinct for hours, she said.

Two months after the incident, Gonzalez and her mother, Maraima Comacho, are suing the New York City Education Department and the New York Police Department for $1 million in damages, claiming excessive use of force and violation of the girl's rights in the ordeal, which Comacho has called a "nightmare."

"We want to stop this from happening to other young children in the future," the family's lawyer, Joseph Rosenthal, told the New York Daily News.

Gonzalez describes the ordeal as traumatizing and excessive, saying that after her Spanish teacher caught her doodling on her desk with erasable green marker, she was "physically dragged by a teacher and an assistant principal" to the dean's office, where school safety officials searched her by placing "their hands inside the rear and front pockets of her jeans." Police were then summoned to arrest her.

Gonzalez told the Daily News she broke down as she was led out of her school in handcuffs.

"I started crying, like, a lot," said said. "I made two little doodles. ... It could be easily erased. To put handcuffs on me is unnecessary."

The legal papers filed by Rosenthal said Comacho was not permitted to accompany her daughter to the precinct and was instead told to go home and wait for a call. The documents also said that Gonzalez was detained in "an enclosed room" at the precinct and handcuffed to a pole for more than two hours.
Video From Feb. 7

In February, New York City officials acknowledged Gonzalez's arrest was a mistake, with a City Education spokesman saying, "Based on what we've seen so far, this shouldn't have happened."

Police spokesman Paul Browne told the Daily News that officers should have used better judgment after being called by the school.

"Even when we're asked to make an arrest, common sense should prevail, and discretion used in deciding whether an arrest or handcuffs are really necessary," said police spokesman Paul Browne.

Now Comacho wants the City to pay for their mistake, to the tune of $1 million for the ordeal that led to her daughter's suspension and a trip to family court, where Gonzalez was given eight hours of community service and ordered to write a book report and an essay about what she learned from the experience.

The suit says officers "knew, or should have known" that Gonzalez had simply doodled with a "soluable, erasable marker."

What were the doodled words that led to her arrest?

"I love my friends Abby and Faith," Gonzalez said she wrote, adding "Lex was here. 2/1/10" and a smiley face.

Man Almost Jailed Over A Penny

http://www.wftv.com/news/23062671/detail.html

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Osceola County man thought he’d paid off a parking ticket, so he was surprised to find out Monday that the Orange County Clerk’s office had issued a warrant for his arrest.

Luis Gomez owed exactly one cent on a speeding ticket he received one year ago. Gomez tried to call the court to resolve the problem, and then tried to pay online, but had no luck.

“They won’t take a payment of a penny online,” said Gomez.

Gomez works at a school in Orange County and feared he would get arrested on campus in front of his students.

Eyewitness News contacted the clerk’s office on Gomez’s behalf and was told nobody would be arrested over a penny. When they were told the paperwork said otherwise, officials in the office said it must have been a mistake.

Gomez drove to the clerk’s office on Monday afternoon to pay and was asked if he needed a payment plan. When he said no, he paid the cent and left with a receipt.

The status of Gomez’s warrant was still unclear on Monday night and he was told to follow up with the office on Tuesday.

Not only did it cost Orange County more to notify Gomez about the issue than a penny, Gomez had to pay $6 to park when he went in to pay.

Will jotting down license plates pay the rent?

http://redtape.msnbc.com/2010/04/can-you-make-money-just-by-writing-down-the-license-plate-numbers-of-cars-in-your-neighborhood-it-might-sound-like-a-game-yo.html

by Bob Sullivan

Can you make money just by writing down the license plate numbers of cars in your neighborhood? It might sound like a game your older brother made up to keep you busy -- but two aggressive start-up firms are telling consumers to do just that, and both are spreading the word quickly online. But how does it work?

One of the two, Dallas-based Narc Technologies Inc., offers a simple explanation. They want you to rat on your neighbors. The firm's Web site, NarcThatCar.com, is designed to collect license plate numbers and locations so lenders can more easily repossess cars when the owners default.

In other words, the firm wants consumers to become the repo man's informant.

Its chief competitor, Data Network Affiliates, says it has no intention of getting into the business of repossession. It says it plans to use its database of license plate numbers to help find missing children through Amber Alerts. It also hopes to sell the data to other information-hungry marketing firms, and to turn its user base into a kind of buyer's club.

FightPledgeIn each case, members only earn a couple of dollars each month from basic license plate collection.  But they stand to profit significantly if they convince friends and family to join -- a classic multi-level marketing ploy. And in each case, there are volumes of complaints about the companies online.

Before we get into the specifics, let's review a few basics.

1) Anyone who says you can make a lot of money by staying at home and doing very little work is almost certainly misleading you.

2) Multi-level marketing (MLM) is legal. Pyramid schemes are illegal.

3) What's the difference? Sale of a real product. Firms cannot design companies where the chief source of income is skimming a cut off of others who are talked into joining -- that's a pyramid scheme. But if company associates sell a real product, and merely enhance their income via "down line" percentages of sales from other hires they have sponsored, that's legitimate MLM.

MLM-like schemes, along with work-at-home scams, are a dime a dozen online, but they have really ramped up during the recession.  Jobless workers with plenty of time on their hands sometimes try dozens of work-at-home ideas, trying to hit on something that will earn them a little cash.

The attraction of Data Network Associates is simple: Unlike most work-at-home jobs, there's nothing to sell, said marketing director Warren Anthony. Members simply write down 20 plates per month for their $2.

"It's so easy, this is something my 80-year-old dad can do. A college kid can do it," he said.  He said they encouraged affiliates to gather plate numbers in parking lots at churches or malls in order to avoid spooking neighbors.

He said the firm has so far signed up 92,000 affiliates in only about three months. Together they have entered 1.3 million plate numbers into their database.  Already, the firm's Web site ranks in the top 8,000 on the entire Internet, he said.

Joining the service is "100 percent free," but members are urged to pay $130 for software that makes it easier to enter the license plate numbers and for a package of travel discounts.  One sales force member interviewed by msnbc .com who reported signing up 92 sales associates said paying for this "upgrade" was the fastest way to earn money.

But Anthony rejected the term upgrade.

Herbbox"It is a package of products and services they are buying ... a business benefits package," he said.

The company's business is "turning data into cash," he said, and the firm has multiple strategies for raising revenue. Users will soon see ads when they log in to enter plate numbers. They will also receive member-only offers for services like Dish Network and ADT security systems.

"We tell people it's where Walmart meets Google," he said.

The associate msnbc.com interviewed, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he had yet to receive any money from the company but expected a payout of about $400 in early April.

"This thing could get really crazy," he said. "We get paid down 10 levels deep. ... Think of it as just like Facebook."

NarcThatCar also claims similar success. A Web site that discusses the company said it recently held a conference call attended by 34,000 people

Measured by inquires to the Dallas office of the Better Business Bureau, the firm's popularity is exploding. With 20,000 inquiries since Jan. 1, Narc Technologies is easily the most asked-about company at the Dallas office, says spokeswoman Jeannette Kopko.

"That's very high activity," she said. "They seem to be doing a lot of recruiting, especially in Texas."

Many of those inquiries are "pre-purchase," she said, with prospective associates calling the BBB to check the company’s background.  That's a good practice; the Dallas BBB currently gives NarcThatCar an "F," rating, the agency's lowest grade.

"The reason is because we've seen a pattern of complaints," she said, noting that the agency has received nine complaints, with most of them resolved after BBB intervention.  "Also we are concerned whether this is multi level marketing that would be in compliance with the law or ... a pyramid scheme. They say their product is information that's collected. But is there a market for that?"

The Dallas BBB has asked NarcThatCar to prove that the database of license plate numbers it's collecting is indeed a valuable asset. On its Web site, the firm claims to have signed a "six-figure contract” with a lien holder company, but has yet to provide the requested details, Kopko said.

Narc Technologies -- which also uses the name Crowd Sourcing International -- charges associates a $100 sign-up fee and a $25-a-month fee for hosting a Web site about the product.  Members who "sponsor" other new sign-ups earn a percentage of the fee.

A message left with Narc Technologies was not returned. An associate of the firm who requested anonymity said the BBB rating was “undeserved” and stated that the firm has paid its associates several times. He also said the firm has several clients who pay for access to their data.

Kopko said a firm cannot pass the legal test for being an MLM – the requirement of substantial product sales -- simply by requiring new signups to buy a product.

"The question is: Would people be making more money from recruiting others rather than actual sales?" Kopko said.

That's the same question facing Data Network Affiliates.

Anthony, of Data Network Affiliates, bristled at the notion that some consumers might laugh when the suggestion is made that they could earn money just by writing down license plate numbers.

"You wouldn't put it like that," he said. The firm is the business of collecting and selling data, he argued, and plans numerous ways to monetize the information. "As far the plates, that's just a fun way to attract individuals. “

RED TAPE WRESTLING TIPS

It's often hard to tell the difference between a legal multi-level marketing firm and an illegal pyramid scheme -- particularly because firms are so good at skipping along the outside edge of the law. But here are some tips, courtesy of the Texas state attorney general's office.

(Go here for even more tips)

* Ask about average monthly product sales for reps.  If sales are disproportionately low, you’re probably talking about a pyramid scheme rather than a multi-level marketing company.

* Ask about product returns policies if you are required to pay upfront for merchandise.  Laws vary, but in Texas, the firm must be willing to refund 90 percent of your inventory cost.

* Be wary of any firm that requires you to pay money to get a job.

* Be wary of high-pressure “business opportunities” in hotel seminars or meetings at a person's home. In Texas, and many other states, "regret laws" allow consumers to cancel contracts signed at such events for up to 72 hours.

Will fraud lift gold prices to $10,000/ounce?

http://www.commodityonline.com/news/Will-fraud-lift-gold-prices-to-$10000ounce-27107-3-1.html

By Geena Paul

NEW YORK (Commodity Online): After the sub-prime catastrophe in banking and realty sector, which led to the global recession in 2008-09, it is the turn of bullion markets now.

‘FRAUD’, that is the one word which comes to any investor’s mind when s/he reads about the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) hearing on manipulations in bullion market by gold cartels.

So, the small and clean investors have been short-changed by big cartels during the past many years, especially during the recent boom time in bullion markets. Otherwise, how will you explain the biggest boom in paper gold (Exchange Traded Funds, ETFs) in the recent past with hardly any gold available in the market.

In fact, there is no gold left in this world if all the Gold ETFs ask for physical delivery. And, if that happens only god knows what will be the gold prices in the coming months — $10000 per ounce? Maybe, even more. Because, price of a commodity which is not available at all can go up to any level due to the sheer fact that it is not there in the market.

Now read about the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) hearing last week about a London whistle-blower who had explained to the CFTC how JP Morgan Chase has been manipulating/capping precious metal prices. In a shocking parallel to the inaction by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after receiving warnings from Harry Markopolos about the Madoff ponzi, the CFTC has apparently been sitting on the information on gold cartels.

Did you visit the websites of GATA and CFTC this week? If you do, you can see a lot of articles and responses from investors who have been keenly watching the developments in bullion market.

The whistle-blower in this biggest gold fraud was Andrew Maguire, an experienced precious metal trader in London.  In an riveting interview (which is available on the internet all over the world) with GATA director, Adrian Douglas, Maguire describes a new dynamic impacting gold. The fact is that, there is a huge short position in the market.

The CFTC hearing confirmed what GATA has been saying all along, that the gold market is being manipulated. And, how? The gold cartel has accumulated a huge short position and the huge short positions are ‘naked’, which means these positions are not hedged. There is 100-times more paper-gold outstanding than physical gold. You must be saying Oh, My God! Then wait, there is more to it.

Sub-prime crisis was peanuts before this scam. The bullion market is now slowly taking in the impact of these revelations. The result is, there will be no gold in the market. Because, if people ask for physical delivery of gold for their ETFs, who will give all the gold. THERE IS NO GOLD! And the price of gold can be $5,000 per ounce, $10,000 or may be even more. Who can predict the value of a commodity which is not there is the market?

To add fuel to fire The Wall Street Journal wrote: “The objective of this manipulation is to conceal the mismanagement of the US dollar so that it might retain its function as the world’s reserve currency. But to suppress the price of gold is to disable the barometer of the international financial system so that all markets may be more easily manipulated. This manipulation has been a primary cause of the catastrophic excesses in the markets that now threaten the whole world.”

So, the gold cartel now has a big target. It is inevitable that the big traders and hedge funds will push the naked shorts to the wall by asking for physical metal. If there is a squeeze on the naked shorts, the sky is the limit for precious metal prices.

There have been reports that over the past 10 years, the gold cartel has staged a controlled retreat. It has been fighting the advancing gold price with propaganda, paper short sales and the occasional dishoarding of physical metal from central bank vaults and more recently, the IMF. This retreat is about to turn into a rout, which means the upside potential for the precious metals is huge.

The CFTC hearing came about in part because of long-term complaints from organizations such as the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee and individual analysts such as Ted Butler, Reg Howe, James Turk, Frank Veneroso and Adrian Douglas that the gold and silver commodity markets have been subject to blatant extensive price suppression manipulation by the US government and its trading partners.

In November 2009, Andrew Maguire, a former Goldman Sachs silver trader in that firm’s London office, had contacted the CFTC Enforcement Division to report the illegal manipulation of the silver market by traders at JPMorgan Chase. He described how the JPMorgan Chase silver traders bragged openly about their actions, including how they gave a signal to the market in advance so that other traders could make a profit during the price suppressions.

Maguire had a series of emails with Eliud Ramirez of the CFTC enforcement division explaining how the manipulations were tied to the Bureau of Labor Statistics monthly release of non-farm payroll figures and other recurring events.

In effect, the commissioners were told that almost all of the trading activities on the London exchange were merely settled by paper for paper, not for physical metals as the exchange supposedly requires. Further, the commissioners were told that it was impossible for the London exchange to ever deliver all the gold and silver owed to the owners of contracts.

After the hearing, GATA publicly released copies of Maguire’s e-mails with the CFTC.

Restore America Declaration Shakes Up Governors Across America

http://conspiringtimes.com/news/?p=3151

Written by CT News Breaking News, Featured, Headlines Apr 6, 2010

A Declaration of American Rights is making waves across the nation and apparently State and Federal Government is very concerned. Notices are being sent to all 50 Governors offices in America demanding that America be restored to it’s original intention or officials face removal from office. The declaration also included a Dejure Grand Jury Warrant.

Conspiring Times –Triggering heightened security at government offices and investigations by law enforcement, the Restore America Declaration is aimed at taking back God-given unalienable rights declared in the American Declaration of Independence and other founding documents. The Guardians of the free Republic are comprised of police, military and other citizen activists that believe America should not be under corporate or admiralty law and should self-govern.

CNN and other mainstream media outlets have been actively demonizing the group as “extremists” as well as the American people with commentary from Southern Poverty Law Center’s Mark Potok who is known for lumping radical neo-Nazi and hate groups in with legitimate activist groups who do not espouse hate to further leftist political agendas.

Much like the Coffee Party movement’s efforts, cognitive infiltration efforts seem to be escalating in the mainstream media with regard to this notice to further demonize political dissent and traditional American values as “extremism” and as criminal.

According to the  The Guardians of the free Republic Website :

The  Restore America Plan is a bold achievable strategy for behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction of the de jure institutions of government without controversy, violence or civil war.  After consultation with high ranking members of the United States armed forces, the Plan is in the process of assembling the Guardians of the Free Republics and reinhabiting the De jure Grand Juries to:

    * Restore and reinhabit the de jure institutions of lawful government.
    * Terminate illicit corporations posing as legitimate governments, in particular the territorial jurisdiction United States Federal Corporation (corp. ref. 28 U.S.C. 3002) posing as the de jure United States of America.
    * Terminate all presumed powers of attorney to such corporations.
    * End the foreclosure nightmare (for borrowing against one’s own credit).
    * End tax prosecutions for resisting the transfer of private wealth to foreign banking cartels such as I.R.S. (former Puerto Rico Bureau of Taxation).
    * End street assaults against the sovereign People for failing to exhibit a State-issued confession of subject-class citizenship.
    * End all prosecutions which lack an injured party.
    * End admiralty prosecutions for kidnapping and other heinous crimes against mankind as “commercial crimes” against the corporate State under a contrived corporate color-of-law venue (corp. ref. 27 C.F.R. 72.11).
    * Terminate the intrusion of corporations posing as the state into every aspect of the People’s lives.
    * End the use of covert contracts such as Form 1040, car registrations, birth certificate applications, and bank signature cards which confess the signer to be a legal fiction subject of the United States Federal Corporation (“U.S. person”) that has waved his/her rights in favor of state-issued privileges.
    * End the use of deeds which classify the People as “tenants” on their own land, thereby transferring control to incorporated County registrars and tax assessors.
    * End the perversion of marriage into a commercial system of state-issued privileges through the so-called “marriage license” whereby incorporated “courts” presume the “right” to trespass on families and kidnap children.
    * End the hijacking of automobile ownership through DMV registrations which covertly exchange the divine rights of travel and ownership for the state-issued “privileges” of “driving” and “title.”
    * In place of all of the above, substitute sovereign identification, diplomatic immunity and sovereign passports to facilitate safe passage throughout the world free from corporate State molestation and terror.
    * Restore the People’s money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.
    * Instantly vest all mortgages, auto loans and personal business loans “issued” by members of the Fed.  The state shall hold no paper on, or debts against, the sovereign People, directly or through its agencies and licensed banking institutions.
    * Instantly end all non-consensual and unlawful taxation including all taxes on the sacred rights of labor and privacy.
    * Empower and inspire the sovereign People to righteousness through such renewed abundance.
    * Issue orders to the military and police powers to enforce the Peoples’ divine rights of birth.
    * Reabsorb all de facto actors into lawful de jure capacity.
    * End the perverse act of requiring the People to pray to “courts” as is now required under corporate rules and traditions.
    * Restore the de jure judicial institutions including the district court of the United States and the one supreme Court.
    * Quietly mirror the strategies of 1933 thereby using their (our) institutions, military and public officials to undo eighty years of subterfuge without provoking alarm, controversy or armed conflict.
    * Return the military and law enforcement institutions to proper and lawful de jure sovereign authority from the clutches of corporate actors.
    * Forgive all corporate actors who repent for their State-sponsored crimes against mankind.  Remove the recidivists from office.
    * Do all of the above, and more, peacefully, discreetly, quietly and honorably, behind the scenes, without public proclamations or provocative actions against a general public that is mostly unaware of the hijacking of their free de jure American republics, and their hapless media.
